PhotoMichael J. Caliel, President and CEO
As President and CEO of IES since 2006, Michael J. Caliel has led the company's transformation from more than 30 successful independent companies to a single national corporation. Mr. Caliel has overseen a significant operational restructuring of the company into three primary business groups while also reinvesting in the business, improving access to capital and surety and developing a strong leadership team. Adding to the company's rich history of local operations, Mr. Caliel has built a strong foundation for creating the nation's best and most respected electrical contracting company. Mr. Caliel came to IES after a successful career at Invensys, a global automation, controls and process solutions company. He served at Invensys for 13 years in a variety of senior management positions, including his most recent role as President, Invensys Process Systems, where he was responsible for the company's worldwide operations with revenues of more than $1 billion and more than 6,000 employees. Before becoming President of Invensys Process Systems, he served as President of its North America and Europe, Middle East and Africa operations from 2001 to 2003. Prior to joining Invensys, Mr. Caliel was at Honeywell's Industrial Automation and Control unit from 1991 to 1993, serving as Director of Marketing for the Hydrocarbon Processing Industries. From 1981 to 1991, he held several senior management positions with Asea Brown Boveri's (ABB) Process Automation Division. Mr. Caliel is a graduate of Clarkson University in Potsdam, New York.

PhotoRichard Nix, Group Vice President, IES Residential
As Group Vice President for the IES Residential business group, Richard Nix has successfully managed the consolidation of the residential group locations, expanding profitability through toughening market conditions. With a long career in the residential electrical service sector, Mr. Nix served as President of Houston-Stafford Electric, IES's largest residential company prior to the reorganization, from 1999-2002, before rejoining the company in 2004. Mr. Nix was an instrumental part of building many of the Houston-Stafford Electric Divisional Operations throughout his service with the company. Mr. Nix holds a BBA from Dallas Baptist University and Master Electrician licenses in Houston, Dallas and the state of Georgia.

Terry L. Freeman, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
From 1997 through 2005, Mr. Freeman was with Metals USA, a $2.0 billion metal service company that served OEM manufacturers, contractors and metal fabrication businesses, serving in several senior financial roles, most recently as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. While at Metals USA, he reorganized the finance and accounting structure to improve controls, designed the Information Technology strategy to enhance information retrieval and implemented a department of internal audit. He was also one of the six executives who originally founded the Company and, while serving as Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, led the Company's acquisition efforts as well as capital markets financings, including an initial public offering of the Company's common stock. Upon completion of a merger with an affiliate of Apollo Management in December 2005, Mr. Freeman left Metals USA to become an independent business consultant. From 1990 to 1997, Mr. Freeman held the positions of Corporate Controller and Director of Financial Reporting at Maxxam, Inc., a diversified holding company with sales in excess of $2.3 billion. From 1980 to 1990, he served in senior audit positions at Arthur Andersen & Company and at Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Freeman received his BS in Accounting from the University of Houston at Clear Lake City. He also served in the U. S. Army.

PhotoHarvey Hammock, Vice President of Safety and Productivity
Harvey Hammock started his tenure with IES in April 1999 when Putzel Electrical Contractors was acquired by IES. Mr. Hammock has steadily gained responsibility in the IES Safety organization since October 2000, with promotions to Director of Safety and Vice President of Safety. Mr. Hammock has been responsible for launching and managing IES' industry-leading safety program. Recently, Mr. Hammock's responsibilities were expanded to include management of productivity for all IES operations. Mr. Hammock enjoyed a 22-year career with Putzel Electrical Contractors starting as an electrician's helper, advancing to superintendent, then being promoted to General Superintendent, responsible for all field operations and field personnel, averaging 250 employees and $23 million annual volume. Mr. Hammock has established many apprenticeship programs and served on numerous boards and committees throughout his 31-year career in the electrical industry. Mr. Hammock attended Macon Vocational Technical School, specializing in Industrial Electricity.

PhotoBill Fiedler, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Bill Fiedler was appointed Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in March 2009. Prior to IES, Mr. Fiedler was Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Administration Officer and Corporate Secretary for NetVersant Solutions, Inc., a national provider of network and infrastructure solutions. Bill brings more than 20 years of legal experience to the General Counsel role at IES. In addition to his tenure at NetVersant Solutions, he has also served as General Counsel at LandCare USA and Allwaste Inc. Bill began his career with Sentra Securities, a securities brokerage firm. Bill holds an undergraduate degree in accounting, with mathematics and computer science minors, from the University of San Diego. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law and is recognized by the California State Bar and the Texas State Bar.

PhotoRobert B. Callahan, Senior Vice President of Human Resources
As Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Robert Callahan leads all employee benefit, employee retention, talent acquisition, career development and advancement programs for IES employees. Mr. Callahan joined the company in 2001 and was appointed Vice President of Human Resources in 2004. He was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2005. Prior to joining IES, Mr. Callahan enjoyed an 11-year career with the H.E. Butt Grocery Company where he served as Director of Human Resources. Mr. Callahan served as a faculty member at the University of Texas at San Antonio where he taught Employment Law, Human Resources Management and Business Communications. Mr. Callahan holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Loyola University in Chicago and an Executive MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

PhotoEdjuan D. Bailey, Vice President of Marketing
As Vice President of Marketing since August 2007, Edjuan Bailey has successfully created a cohesive brand identity while increasing name recognition for IES. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Bailey held the position of Senior Vice President, Marketing, for Centex Homes Corporation, where he led the marketing organization of its largest homebuilding division. Previously, Mr. Bailey served in executive marketing positions at Aeroexchange and EZ2get.com and senior marketing roles at Federal Express Corporation and CF, Inc. Mr. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from The University of Texas in Arlington and an MBA in marketing and executive management from The University of Tennessee.
